When you order a gift voucher we will send the voucher with one of our mail order packs including a brochure and all necessary forms/ash bags required. The recipient can then choose their colours etc and return their completed order with the gift voucher.
PLEASE NOTE
The voucher will cover the cost of the standard memorial item. If engraving or a chain length upgrade is required (for pendants) this will need to paid for in addition at the time of ordering.
